A late fee of $50,shall be charged as due for any payment of rent made after the 5th day of the due date.
Any late payments after the 5th day will result in immediate eviction proceedings.
No animal, fowl, fish, reptile, and/or pet of any kind shall be kept on or about the premises, for any amount of time.
Maintenance inspection will be done with a 24 notice and it is mandatory that the tenant comply with this rule or else lease will be terminated.
